Master Sun Park, Certified Personal Trainer, have the expertise in the area of Fitness, Strength Training, Flexibility, Cardio, and Martial Art that are beyond what most other health clubs offer.  Master Park will motivate and guide you through an excercise program that will be designed specifically for you.  The major advantage of working with Master Park is his ability to (A) evaluate client's needs and objectives through fitness assessments, which include measuring body composition, strength and flexibility; (B) design safe and effective exercise program; (C) instruct clients in correct exercise techniques to avoid injury; and (D) be able to respond to the typical questions and problems that often arise.  Plus, all work outs are done in a private setting where there are no other members working out while you are being trained.  Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate, or an advanced exerciser, Master Park will motivate and direct you in achieving and maintaining a life styleu change.  Goal setting is the most important component of an effective exercise program.  Master Park is committed to helping you map out a course of action to help you reach your fitness goal.
